Boardman Building Sold for $875K

BOARDMAN, Ohio – A retail building in Boardman that recently housed a transmission shop has sold for $875,000, according to records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.

201 McClurg LLC, registered to estate planning attorney Matthew Gianni, according to the Ohio Secretary of State, purchased the land and building at 8091 Market St. from RLR Land Development on Aug. 30, records show. 201 McClurg LLC is registered at 1040 S. Commons Place in Youngstown, records show.

RLR Land Development is registered to Ronald Redlich, owner of Redlich Transmissions, which previously operated in the building. Redlich purchased the building in 2002 for $710,000, records show.

The address for Redlich Transmissions is listed at a Steel Street address in Youngstown, according to its website.

The 14,560-square-foot building once operated as a car dealership and is equipped with a showroom in addition to the shop area and office spaces, according to the original listing.
