Boardman Civic Association Elects New Officers

BOARDMAN, Ohio – The Boardman Civic Association has elected Stephanie Landers as its president and Meg Harris as its vice president for 2019. The association’s board also re-elected Mark Luke as secretary and Jeff Barone as treasurer.

The association also announced its events for the year, beginning with the Community Awards Dinner March 18 at the Lariccia Family Community Center in Boardman Park. On May 9, the group will host its Scholarship Awards Dinner.

In the autumn, the Boardman Civic Association will host the Candidates and Issues Dinner Sept. 16 and the Business Mixer Oct. 21.

Among the association’s highlights in 2018 were giving seven $750 scholarships to high school seniors.
