Boardman Condo Complex Sells for $915K
BOARDMAN, Ohio — A 12-unit condo portfolio at 1352-1398 Red Tail Hawk Drive here has sold for $915,000, according to the Mahoning County auditor’s office.
The 12 units, 100 percent occupied, are known as the Colonial Courts Condominiums and are located in the Huntington Woods neighborhood. They were originally listed for sale at $995,000. Four units that are part of the complex were not sold in this transaction, which closed Nov. 26.
The buyer is Onkaar Properties LLC of Poland, which purchased the condos from Landmark North Corp. in Warren. Onkaar registered in September as a foreign limited liability corporation following its incorporation in Delaware.
Records on file with the Ohio secretary of state show Jatinder Singh is the incorporator of Onkaar. The company’s address is listed as 1358 Meandowood Circle in Poland, a residence that was purchased in May 2018 for $393,000.
Onkaar Properties paid $320,250 in cash for the Colonial Courts Condominiums and took out a mortgage valued at $594,750, records show.
The condos were built in 1980.
