Boardman Manufacturing Building Sold for $1.3M

BOARDMAN, Ohio – A building that most recently housed Premier Profile Lamination has been purchased for $1.3 million, records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office show.

JMT Leasing LLC of Lake Milton acquired the building March 28 from CPC Rentals LLC, according to auditor’s data.

JMT Leasing filed articles of organization documents Oct. 23, 2023. The entity lists James Hammond as its statutory agent.

In June of last year, ProVia, a manufacturer of patio door and window products, announced in a news release that it had acquired Premier Profile, which laminated PVC products for the door and window industry.

ProVia said at the time of the acquisition that it would relocate Premier’s manufacturing operations to a site in New Philadelphia, Ohio. According to the news release, ProVia said the transition would be completed by the second quarter of 2024.

The Boardman building, at 4521 Lake Park Road, sits on approximately 5 acres at the corner of Meadowbrook and extends along the frontage of Lake Park to the opposite corner of Velma Court.

The building, most of which was constructed in 1952, is zoned for light manufacturing and assembly, according to auditor records.
