Boardman Medical Office Building Sells for $815,000
BOARDMAN, Ohio – A medical office building in the Applewood Acres plat was sold last week for $815,000 to a couple from New Jersey.
The one-story, 31,500-square-foot building at 930 Trailwood Drive houses the Hangar Clinic, a provider of orthotics. The transaction closed June 18.
The buyers are Huang Xi and Li Yanhong who list an address in Montvale, N.J.
The seller is Long Cover Holdings 6 LLC, which paid $550,000 to acquire the building in January 2014. It was built in 1988 by R&D Properties.
No information is available on Ohio public records regarding the new owners, nor is there a business filing for Long Cover Holdings 6 LLC.
