National Tire Store in Boardman Sells for $2M
BOARDMAN, Ohio – Agree Stores LLC has purchased the National Tire & Battery in Boardman for just over $2 million.
The automotive service center at 500 South Ave. was built in 2016 by Campbell Properties LP. The site, which sold for $2,038,541, is 1.62 acres. The building itself is 7,224 square feet.
The sale closed Aug. 19. The site was appraised by the Mahoning County Auditor’s office at $1,034,150 in 2017.
Agree Stores is based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
The company is associated with Agree Realty Corp., which develops, acquires and leases retail sites nationwide for several national brands, including McDonald’s, The Home Depot, Dollar General, CVS and Big Lots.
Locally, Agree’s net lease properties are the Sherwin-Williams stores in Warren, Niles and Youngstown. It holds 44 properties across the state.
