Boardman Township Plaza Sold for $800K

BOARDMAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio – A retail plaza at 1714 Boardman-Canfield Road has sold for $800,000, according to data from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.

1714 Boardman Poland Properties LLC purchased the property on May 1 from CMG Group of Poland LLC, data show.

The plaza houses several tenants, including Steven’s Optical, Robert’s Hair Salon and Hanni Law. 

According to incorporation data from the Ohio Secretary of State’s Office, Esther Buschau is listed as a signatory for Boardman Poland Properties.

Previously, Craig and Deana Tareshawty purchased the plaza for $1.2 million on March 29, 2018. It was then transferred to CMG Group the following month, records show.

The land and building is appraised at $749,640 for tax purposes, according to the auditor’s website.
