Bon Secours Mercy Health Receives DEI Recognition
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Bon Secours Mercy Health has been named one of the 2023 Best Companies for Multicultural Women for its commitment to support and develop female leaders throughout its health system.
The recognition comes from Seramount, part of EAB, a strategic professional services and research firm dedicated to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. Its annual survey recognizes the top 80 companies that create and use best practices in hiring, retaining and promoting multicultural women in the United States.
This is the third consecutive year Bon Secours Mercy Health has appeared on the Best Companies for Multicultural Women list.

Mercy Health operates three hospitals in the Mahoning Valley as well as various satellite facilities.
