Boots Joins Local Office of Union Home Mortgage

James Boots has joined the Youngstown branch office of Union Home Mortgage Corp. The residential and wholesale mortgage banking company, founded in 1970. is based in Strongsville. It operates 130 branches in 36 states and reports annual lending volume of more than $3 billion. Boots has 24 years of experience as a loan originator and has completed more than $500 million in loan production, according to the announcement of his appointment. “I am very happy to be a part of UHM’s Youngstown branch,” he says. “Although I have done many loans over my career, I can say no two loans or scenarios have been the same. Each borrower is unique and deserves committed attention to the finest details to ensure their loan is a good fit into their financial plan.”
