Brantley Gilbert Will Play the Grandstand During Canfield Fair
CANFIELD, Ohio – Country music star Brantley Gilbert will perform at the Canfield Fair grandstand Sunday, Sept. 1.
A second major concert at the grandstand will take place on Labor Day and will bring the fair to a close. It will be announced in a few weeks.
The fair broke with its own tradition this year by making the two concert announcements on different dates.
“While we typically announce both concerts together, we couldn’t wait any longer to let you know that Brantley Gilbert will be performing on Sunday night,” said George Roman, director of entertainment at the fair.
Both concerts were arranged with Youngstown promoter JAC Live.
Gilbert recently released his latest album, “Off the Rails.” The title track is the first single from the album, which comes on the heels of his successful 2022 release, “So Help Me God.”
The Georgia native’s hits include “Bottoms Up,” “Rolex on a Redneck,” “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do, “The Weekend,” “One Hell of an Amen,” “Country Must Be Country Wide,” “Dirt Road Anthem,” “My Kinda Party” and “What Happens in a Small Town,” a collaboration with Lindsay Ell.
“Brantley Gilbert brings a level of fun and energy that the crowd will love,” said Ken Bigley, chief operating officer of JAC Live.
Tickets start at $39.50 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, April 19, only at ticketmaster.com. Tickets will become available to purchase at the Canfield Fair box office later this summer.
A fan club presale will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, while the exclusive Canfield Fair presale starts at 10 a.m. Thursday with the code ROOSTER.
The Canfield Fair will announce the on-sale dates for its truck and tractor pull and the World’s Largest Demolition Derby in a few weeks, Roman said.
