Broadway Plaza in Salem Sells for $1.1 Million

SALEM, Ohio – The Broadway Plaza at 200 E. Second St. has sold for $1.1 million to an entity based in North Canton, according to records filed with the Columbiana County Auditor’s office.

The sale was recorded May 5. 

Auditor’s records show that Salemyard Properties LLC, which gives an address of 925 Main St., North Canton, purchased the property from Chen’s Ohio LLC.  The auditor’s office values the property at $1,036,600 for tax purposes.

Chen’s purchased the plaza in 2014 for $1.1 million, records show.

The 17,675 square-foot strip plaza houses tenants such as a Subway sandwich shop, a tanning salon and a Chinese restaurant.
