Brouse McDowell Names Santin Construction Practice Co-Chair

CLEVELAND – Brouse McDowell has named partner Teresa G. Santin co-chair of the law firm’s construction contracting and disputes practice group.

Santin represents general contractors, subcontractors, and owners on construction litigation and arbitration matters arising from public, industrial, commercial and residential projects. Her experience frequently includes resolving disputes involving construction agreements, mechanic’s liens and statutory violations. She also helps owners, general contractors and subcontractors avoid disputes and minimize their risk by drafting and negotiating construction contracts.

Santin has been on the Ohio Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list since 2017. She iearned her JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from DePaul University.
