BSA Promotes Brkic to Field Service Director
John Brkic has been promoted to the position of director of field service within the Great Trail Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Brkic will manage all field operations in Mahoning, Medina, Northern Wayne, Portage, Summit and Trumbull counties while also managing marketing and communications for the council. He has worked for the Boy Scouts of America for seven years and served as a district executive, senior district executive, district director, and field director for Ashtabula, Lake, Trumbull, Portage and Mahoning counties. He holds a B.A. and M.S. in education from Youngstown State University.
