Bull & Bear to Open in Former Inner Circle Building at YSU

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – A Bull & Bear Neighborhood Grille & Tavern is coming to the Youngstown State University campus area.

It will open this year in a vacant building at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Elm Street that formerly housed an Inner Circle Pizza location. The popular YSU hangout closed in 2019.

The campus location will be the second Bull & Bear location. The other is at 3917 Belmont Ave. in Liberty Township. Bull & Bear is owned by Liberty businessman Hadi A. Hadi. That location specializes in burgers, sandwiches, skewers, macaroni and cheese, wings and pizza.

The new location on Lincoln Avenue is getting a complete renovation, including a bar and seating area, according to a Facebook post. The concrete on the patio area has also been replaced.
