Burgan Launches Guaranteed Home Sale Plan
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Burgan Real Estate guarantees it will sell a house at or above market value, or the agency will buy the house from the seller, no questions asked, according to the agency.
The Burgan Real Estate Guaranteed Sale Plan is optional for sellers who list their home through the agency. Under the program, the agency outlines a custom plan that includes a thorough assessment of how the property will be listed, shown and priced. Similar to an offering Burgan made in 1987, second-generation owners Patrick Burgan and Sue Filipovich brought the program back.
“In 2018, the average number of days a home listed by Burgan Real Estate was on the market was 61 days, the lowest out of any real estate company in the Mahoning Valley,” Burgan said in a release. “Burgan Real Estate’s Guaranteed Sale Plan is a way for us to not only ensure we continue to become better for our clients and agents in 2019, but guarantees, to those who list their home with us, clarity on the process and the final outcome. This will remove the stress and uncertainty that ordinarily is a part of selling a home and replaces it with peace of mind to accurately plan and focus on the next chapter of their life.”
If the strategies from the custom plan are implemented and the house does not sell, Burgan Real Estate will buy the home from the individual, according to the release. Plan benefits include “guaranteed” closing date, sales price, possession date and peace of mind. In 2018, Burgan Real Estate had the highest percentage of sale price to original list price at just under 94%, according to data from YES-MLS 2018 for Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.
To become certified for the program, Burgan agents must qualify based on past sales performance.
