Burgan Real Estate Adds Marchionda to Agent Team

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Burgan Real Estate has added Anthony Marchionda to its team of real estate agents.  Marchionda, a native of Poland and graduate of Youngstown State University, begins his career in real estate with the 45-year-old independent brokerage. 

“Our company always gets excited when someone decides to start their career in real estate with us,” says Patrick Burgan, second generation co-owner and broker. “The addition of Anthony Marchionda demonstrates how our culture of committing to the growth and success of agents, at any point through their career, makes life better for them and our clients.” 

Marchionda, the third of four boys in his family, is a native of the Mahoning Valley. His passion for sports makes him highly competitive, while also understanding the importance of a team environment. While he did graduate from YSU, he also spent time in Italy studying at Kent State Florence. 

“Before I officially received my real estate license, I met Sue [Filipovich] and Patrick [Burgan]. The way they presented themselves and talked about the culture at Burgan Real Estate, I knew it was the right fit for me,” says Marchionda.
