Burgan Real Estate Adds Pedaline to Staff
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Burgan Real Estate has added Jody Pedaline to its staff.
Pedaline grew up in Youngstown and is a 2002 graduate of Youngstown State University. She went on to earn her teaching license from Notre Dame of Cleveland as well as her MA in education administration and supervision. Since 2007, she has been in education, teaching elementary school children in Las Vegas. While she loved being in education, her true passion has always been in real estate.
At age 14, Pedaline began working in the family business, Pedaline Enterprise Property Management, where she spent 14 years, working with her father to manage and renovate properties aon Youngstown’s Northside. While teaching in Las Vegas, she continued to buy, sell and maintain properties for residents in both the Las Vegas and Youngstown areas. During this time, she also assisted in the development and founding of YLP LLC. As co-owner, Jody owned, operated and maintained 40 rental units in Youngstown.
Since moving back to Youngstown, she is an active youth mentor with the Northeast Ohio Adoption Services and dedicates her time to the YMCA’s after school youth program.
“I have always been a proud native of Youngstown and am incredibly grateful to have been raised in such a close knit and caring community,” says Pedaline.
