Burgan Real Estate Launches New Website
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — With the launch of its new website, Burgan Real Estate is delivering its “Better with Burgan” brand experience with the latest real estate technology, including unique social and digital content, imagery and valuable resources, the company announced.
The website, BurganRealEstate.com, is the result of a six-month project designed by Delta Media Group of Canton under the consultation of Burgan’s marketing firm, 898 Marketing in Canfield. According to a company release, the custom website found at BurganRealEstate.com serves the needs of home buyers and sellers “in the Mahoning Valley and across the world.”
The launch of the website comes on the heels of Burgan’s best performing month by volume in June, as well as its sixth consecutive quarter of growth under second-generation co-owners and brokers Patrick Burgan and Sue Filipovich. For the period ending June 30, 2018, Burgan Real Estate was the third largest real estate company by volume in Mahoning County, according to reports from CRIS MLS Northeast Ohio Real Estate Exchange, or NEOHREX.
“The process of buying or selling a home has dramatically changed since our agency was founded in 1977. A real estate agency’s website is the front door which allows people the opportunity to discover their dream homes and provide resources to help them make that decision with a Burgan agent,” Burgan said. “We aim to provide a better experience for every client in everything we do. Our new website is the perfect blend of the most advanced functionality for home buyers and sellers as well as a contemporary design that provides the best experience regardless of what type of device they are viewing the site. It is exciting to see the finished product and feels like we added a new super agent to the Burgan Bunch team.”
Analyzing web traffic and user experiences of visitors helped the design team simplify the user experience to help buyers find a new home quicker, Burgan said. One such feature is Global Home Search, which allows visitors to search available homes in the Mahoning Valley as well as the rest of the world. This helps Burgan in its role as a partner of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, which represents 565 independent residential brokerages in more than 70 countries.
Another feature is the Instant Home Valuation Calculator, which lets residents instantly find the most up-to-date estimated value of their home, or a home of interest to them. It also provides current buyer interest of similar homes, property images and other home buyer tools.

“With the new website’s tools such as the Instant Home Valuation and Global Home Search, BurganRealEstate.com is now a more convenient resource for people, whether they are in the market for a home or not,” Filipovich said. “It is not just about offering assistance for people when they are looking to find their new home, but helping them live a better life when they are actually in it as well.”
Other website improvements include integration of social media content and sign up forms for “Closing Time,” the agency’s new bi-weekly e-newsletter that features spotlight homes, open houses, company news and tips for home owners and buyers. In addition, the site connects with local culture by featuring images of the Mahoning Valley and promoting Burgan Real Estate as the Official Real Estate Company for Youngstown State University athletics.
“We set out to create a company culture that is all about being better with Burgan,” Filipovich said. “This culture is a big reason our company has experienced a record breaking year in volume and sales. This new website is our first major step at now sharing this brand with the entire market, but we have even better things planned.”
