Burgan Co-owners Participate in Leadership Program

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Second generation owners of Burgan Real Estate, Patrick Burgan and Sue Filipovich have been chosen to participate in Leading Real Estate Companies of the World  Maestro leadership program.  

The program selects fewer than 100 real estate professionals from eligible applicants within its global membership, which spans six continents, more than 565 firms and 130,000 real estate associates. The program was created to address the critical industry need to develop talented and highly effective real estate leaders for the future. 

“As the only brokerage from the area represented at this leadership training, Sue and I are very excited to implement the great ideas at Burgan Real Estate to benefit our agents and our business operations,” said Burgan. “Having this exclusive opportunity will help Burgan provide a better experience, a commitment that has been a part of our business model for over 40 years.”  

The leadership program defines and encompasses three pillars of office leadership: culture, people development and financial growth. The six-month program includes a behavioral assessment tailored for sales managers, homework and interim webinars between sessions, pairing with an “accountability partner,” and extensive reference materials.

Burgan and Filipovich will attend three live sessions held at LeadingRE’s Chicago headquarters, featuring lectures and interactive workshops incorporating real life exercises, case studies and group activities.

Upon completing the program and earning the Maestro certification, Burgan Real Estate will have access to an exclusive assessment tool designed to measure essential traits the agency values in potential agents, and can be used as part of the hiring/selection process, as well as a development/training tool.
