Business Luncheon to Focus on Integrity in Workplace
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The C.S. Lewis Institute Northeast Ohio will hold a free business luncheon on the topic, “Developing a Culture of Integrity in the Workplace,” April 21 at Mr. Anthony’s Banquet Center in Boardman.
The event, which begins at noon and runs until 2 p.m., will feature Brad Smith, president of Bakke Graduate University of Ministry. Prior to joining BGU, he served in various roles with the Leadership Network, a private foundation focused on church health and innovation. Brad was part of the founding team of the Center for Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary and was responsible for developing spiritual formation and leadership programs.
Working with the Center for Non-Profit Management, Smith has consulted with non-profit agencies in Dallas. His experience also includes consultations with Fortune 100 companies and national Christian ministries in the area of team building and leadership development.
Bradley Walker, vice president, Beard Pension Services, Inc., and Jeff Hedrich, president/brand strategist, The Prodigal Company Inc., also will make presentations.
