Buying a Home? Learn the Lingo
Before buying a home, there are some commonly used keywords and phrases that everyone should know.
Some – like appraisal, closing costs and credit score – you may have heard before. But the words everyone looks forward to during the transaction are “clear to close,” says Cindy Miller, Real Living Brokers Realty Group.
“That’s when you’re able to go in and schedule for signing to get this property in your name,” Miller says. “However, always be aware that once you sign those papers, that property is still not yours until it records in the courthouse.”
What does that mean for buyers? Miller explains in this first installment of RealLiving Starts Here.
Real Living 360 Service® is an exclusive program that delivers a measurably superior and highly satisfying service experience. Real Living is the only national real estate company that gives buyers and sellers the power to grade the service they receive through a third-party survey company.
