WARREN, Ohio – An apartment complex along Harvard Avenue has sold to a group based in Farmington, Mich., for more than $6 million, according to data from the Trumbull County Auditor’s office.

New Candlelight Apartments LLC has sold its apartment complex consisting of seven parcels and 12 buildings to Warren Owner LLC for $6.05 million, records show. The sale was recorded July 25.
