Canfield Courtyard Marriott Earns Diamond Circle Award
CANFIELD, Ohio – The Courtyard Marriott Youngstown-Canfield has earned two service awards for 2021, including the Marriott Diamond Circle Award, the hotel announced Monday.
Courtyard Canfield, owned by CTW Development Corp. and managed by Kennsington Hospitality, received the Diamond Circle Award — one of Marriott International’s highest property-level awards. The Diamond Circle is only awarded to top performing hotels in the brand that exceed the Marriott benchmark in all areas including guest satisfaction scores, financials and revenue per available room, or RevPAR, performance.
The Courtyard Canfield scored in the top 3% guest satisfaction surveys, which directly reflect customer service and guest relations. 2021 marks the fourth year in a row the Courtyard Canfield has received the Diamond Circle Award honor.
The hotel, part of the Westford Lifestyle Community, also received a Guest Service Satisfaction Award in food and beverage. These awards are given to the hotel with the highest score in each category.
“I am very proud of our Courtyard Canfield team,” said hotel owner Chuck Whitman. “We developed the property to attract people to the community, and we are thankful to the guests and Marriott for recognizing the exceptional experience our team works hard to create.”
Courtyard Marriott Youngstown-Canfield is the region’s largest Marriott. Amenities include the Bistro, free Wi-Fi, and easy access to the latest news, weather and airport conditions via GoBoard technology. It’s also equipped with a fitness center, indoor pool, meeting spaces and a view of Kennsington Golf Club.
