Canfield Office Buildings Sell for $1.05M

CANFIELD, Ohio – Twin red brick office buildings here – at 545 N. Broad St. and 535 N. Broad St. – were sold last week for $1.05 million.

The buildings, both constructed in 1987, were purchased by Canfield Properties LLC, an entity incorporated in 2004 by Samuel G. Boak. The seller was Donadee Property Group LLC. The transaction closed July 16.

On July 9 Canfield Properties LLC sold its office building at 13 Lisbon St. here to G.A. I. Capital Group LLC. That building changed hands for $370,000.
Boak’s limited liability corporation also sold an apartment building at 71 Lemans Drive in Boardman to G.A.I.

Those transactions were one of three G.A.I. closed this month. The third included condos on East Huntington Drive in Boardman.
