Catinella to Receive ‘Woman of the Year’ Award
The Rev. Gayle Catinella, rector of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Youngstown, will be honored Tuesday as the “2019 Woman of the Year” by the Youngstown Business & Professional Women club. The award, which coincides with National Business Women’s Week, will be presented during a dinner event at The Lake Club in Poland. “Our annual event allows us to celebrate local female leaders who achieve success while supporting their community and who demonstrate the key principles this organization stands for,” says Rebecca Davis, YBPW president. YBPW was established in 1920. The club’s Woman of the Year event generates proceeds that benefit the Dr. Anne McMahon Scholarship, which is awarded annually to a female student at Youngstown State University.
