Chalfant Joins Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate is welcoming Melinda Chalfant to its team of real estate professionals.

Chalfant received her Ohio real estate license from Hondros College this year. She was raised in Lowellville and currently resides in Austintown.

In addition to real estate, Chalfant has a background in sales and most recently worked as a CNC operator in the manufacturing industry where she held positions of leadership and sat on various committees.

Chalfant enjoys the great outdoors and loves this area specifically because of all that Mill Creek Park has to offer. She regularly visits her favorite parts of Mill Creek such as the lily pond, flower gardens, golf courses, and the hiking and bike trails.
