Champion Med Express Starts Virus Tests Monday
WARREN, Ohio – Champion Med Express Care will offer COVID-19 antibody testing at its clinic, 4681 Mahoning Ave. NW in Warren, beginning May 25.
Testing does not require an appointment. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Those with COVID-19 symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, fever and coughing, should schedule a telehealth visit by calling 330 847 1132.
“I wanted to provide the community the opportunity to receive the testing they “desire and have not been able to receive.” said Dr. Veres, owner and operator of Champion Med Express Care. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, Champion Med Express Care is poised to respond to the needs of our communities.”
Results will be available in two to three days.
Insurance is accepted for testing.
