Cincinnati Company Purchases Addison Healthcare Center for $2.5M
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — On Feb. 19, Addison Asset Ownership LLC closed on a more than $2.5 million purchase of the Addison Healthcare Center, according to documents from the Trumbull County Auditor’s office.
Located at 8055 Addison Road, Masury, the center is the former Orange Village Care Center. The property was transferred to Orange Village Care Center Inc. in 2007.
Addison Healthcare is listed as a health care center with the CommuniCare Family of Companies, a health care group headquartered in Cincinnati.
The company was founded in 1984 by Stephen Rosedale, who serves as chairman of the board, according to its website. CommuniCare provides post-acute care, including skilled nursing rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, independent rehabilitation and long-term acute care.
The company currently operates 86 centers in Ohio, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia and Indiana. In addition to Addison Healthcare, CommuniCare operates Austintown Healthcare Center at 650 S. Meridian Road, Youngstown; Canfield Healthcare Center at 2958 Canfield Road, Youngstown; Greenbriar Center at 8064 South Ave. No. 1, Boardman; Salem North Healthcare Center: Senior Care Services at 250 Continental Drive, Salem; and Salem West Healthcare Center at 2511 Bentley Drive, Salem.
