CITY Internship May Lead to Positive Change
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Civic Innovation Transforming Youngstown Internship Program is a collaboration between Youngstown State University and Economic Action Group.
Interns are sorted into three city and county departments with mentors to brainstorm ways to better the community.
“All of these projects directly benefit the city of Youngstown,” says Gianna Marinucci, site supervisor for Economic Action Group. “If the mentors take them and implement them, then i think it could be a really great thing for Youngstown.”
