Clever Agency Brings Home 7 Addy’s Awards
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The marketing agency Clever took home seven awards at the 2024 AAF Akron American Advertising Awards – surpassing local agencies in total awards and receiving two of the top awards, the company reports.
Clever received the Judge’s Choice Award for its suicide prevention ad for Alta Care Group and a MOSAIC Addy for the Black History Month campaign for Alta Care Group. The MOSAIC Addy honors work that best exemplifies a spirit of diversity and inclusion.
The American Advertising Awards is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting more than 25,000 entries every year in local AAF Ad Club competitions. This year’s local awards were presented March 1 at a ceremony in Akron.
“We are blown away by the response to our work at this year’s AAF Akron American Advertising Awards. To receive not only a judge’s choice but also a MOSAIC Addy is an incredible honor which would not be possible without our amazing clients for trusting their brands with us,” says Adrienne Sabo, founder and creative director of Clever.
The agency’s creative team of Whitney Burd, Francesca Byrne, Tony Marr and Adrienne Sabo also received two gold Addy’s and three Silver Addys.
“Whether it’s print, websites, social media or full campaigns, to have our work recognized by industry professionals across a variety of categories showcases all that our creative team can accomplish,” says Marr, founder and business development at Clever.
