Coldwell Banker Owner Earns Realtor of the Year Award
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Michael Stevens, a real estate agent and owner of Coldwell Banker EvenBay Real Estate, has earned the 2023 Realtor of the Year Award.
The award is sponsored by Ohio Realtors and presented to a realtor at each local realtor association throughout the state.
“I am honored to receive this award with 27-plus years of commitment to real estate in the Mahoning Valley,” Stevens said in a news release. “I feel this award is not only representative of my service but also of [Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors] members’ commitment and dedication to real estate in the Valley. As the current YCAR president, I am an extension of the association’s efforts and devotion, which is reflected by me throughout our industry – and for that, I am proud.”
The award recognizes and honors an active member of a local association who has provided outstanding service to the real estate profession and to their community. It also recognizes achievement or involvement not only in their local association, but in Ohio Realtors and the National Association of Realtors as well.
Stevens has been active in YCAR, Ohio Realtors and the National Association of Realtors for the past eight years. In addition to being the 2023 YCAR president, he has served on and chaired many committees, including budget and finance, communications and strategic planning.
