Columbiana County Sports Complex Sold for $1.1M
EAST PALESTINE, Ohio – A Columbiana County sports complex has sold for more than $1.1 million, according to records from the Columbiana County Auditor’s office.
Data show that a new entity, Ace of Diamonds LLC, purchased the Next Level Sports Complex at 2112 Waterford Road in Unity Township for $1.14 million on Nov. 14. Documents filed with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office names Patrick Buckley of Leetonia as the statutory agent of the company.
The 35-acre complex, established in 2012, is home to six baseball and softball fields and an indoor practice facility. It hosts baseball and softball tournaments and other events during the season.
It was formerly owned by Next Level Indoor Sports Facility LLC, which lists James Vance as its statutory agent, secretary of state documents show.
