Commercial Metal Forming Announces Leadership Changes
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Commercial Metal Forming, a leading producer of industrial tank heads that was founded in 1920, has named three veteran employees to its leadership team.
Mike Conglose of New Castle, Pa., has been named president and CEO of the company. Conglose joined Commercial Metal Forming in 1994 as a production/inventory control manager and master scheduler and worked his way up to his former position as executive vice president of operations.
Conglose, who earned his degree in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, said his vision for Commercial Metal Forming is consistent growth and a continued focus on people and the company’s culture.
Jim Petrides of Steubenville, Ohio, has been named chief financial officer. He joined the company as a financial consultant in 2014 and was named controller three years later. He was promoted to vice president of finance in 2019. He is a graduate of West Liberty University.
Tom DePinto, who has worked in Columbus, Ohio, for the past four years, has returned to Commercial Metal Forming as vice president of sales and business development, where he will oversee sales operations at all three of the company’s facilities. DePinto previously spent 23 years at the company, starting in the manufacturing plant while attending Youngstown State University.
