Community Health Needs Assessment Results Being Presented Thursday
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The Mahoning County Board of Public Health will present the results of the latest Community Health Needs Assessment at an event tomorrow from 1 to 4 p.m.
The public event will be held at St. Christine’s Parish Center at 3165 S. Schenley Ave. and will include presentation of the assessment results as well as an opportunity to provide feedback from the community on what needs to be done to make Mahoning County a healthier community.
“Community members are invited to share their concerns about what is impacting the health of Mahoning County,” says Mahoning County Health Commissioner Patricia Sweeney. “Data will be shared and discussed, and community members will identify what they want to see as priorities for improving the health and well-being of all Mahoning County residents.”
Community members will have an opportunity to win a $25 gift card at the event. It is being held in conjunction with Mercy Health, Mercy Health Foundation of the Mahoning Valley, Healthy Community Partnership, Youngstown City Health District, Mahoning County Mental Health & Recovery Board, Trumbull County Mental Health and Recovery Board, Warren City Health District and Trumbull County Combined Health District.
