Contact Your Insurance Provider More Often

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — When it comes to how certain home improvement projects can affect your insurance policy, customers don’t reach out to their insurance providers enough according to Shelley Taylor, President of Paige & Byrnes Insurance.

“We call and email everyone every year. Sometimes they feel okay, so they don’t call back,” says Taylor.
