Coronavirus Cases Update: March 22, 2020

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Ohio reported 351 active cases of COVID-19 on Saturday and Pennsylvania 470. 

Locally, four new cases of COVID-19, the disease spread by the coronavirus, were confirmed in Mahoning County, bringing the total to 18. Trumbull County remained at three active cases, while the first two cases were confirmed in Columbiana County

Likewise, Mercer County in Pennsylvania reported its first case Sunday. There are no confirmed cases in Lawrence County.

The figures are updated daily by the Ohio Department of Health at 2 p.m. and Pennsylvania Department of Health at noon.
