Covelli Elected to Lead Ohio Commodores
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Covelli Enterprises owner and CEO Sam Covelli has been elected Grand Commodore of the Association of Ohio Commodores, a statewide business organization.
“I am humbled and honored to be elected to lead this iconic organization,” Covelli said in a statement. “My goal is to work with all of our members to help increase economic development in every part of our great state.”
Covelli was elected to the organization’s top position at its annual Summer Induction Dinner June 29 in Columbus. Among those inducted to the organization was Covelli’s son, Albert.
Founded in 1966 by then-governor James Rhodes, the Association of Ohio Commodores is a group of businesspeople, politicians and community leaders from across the state dedicated to supporting business development.
