Covelli Enterprises Donates $21,246 to Potential Development
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Covelli Enterprises Inc. on Friday presented a check for $21,246 to Potential Development, a school dedicated to students with autism.
The money was raised through company’s fundraising efforts during Autism Awareness month. Between April 4 and April 10, seven Covelli-owned Panera Bread locations in the Mahoning Valley dedicated 100% of proceeds from their Pieces of Hope for Autism cookie sales.
A formal check presentation ceremony was held June 10 at Potential Development’s campus at 2400 Market St.
Since 2010, Covelli Enterprises, the largest franchisee of Panera Bread restaurants, has donated more than $2 million to communities it serves to support various autism organizations, schools, and centers in providing services, scholarships, research, treatment, advocacy, and resources for families.
