Crosby Named Industry Leader for Workers’ Comp
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Shawn Crosby, chief of claims services for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, took home the award for Industry Leader at the 2022 Comp Laude Awards & Gala.
The annual event is hosted by WorkCompCentral. It was held October 3-4 in Huntington Beach, Calif.
“Shawn Crosby is a true leader in the workers’ compensation industry, says BWC Administrator, Stephanie McCloud. “She has brought innovative, cutting-edge programs and services to BWC that have modernized our agency. More importantly, she helped us better serve the injured workers and employers in the state of Ohio.”
Crosby is a resident of Cincinnati and has been with BWC for 29 years in various roles within the Claims Services Division.
“Shawn’s passion for service is unmatched,” says BWC Chief Operating Officer Trish Harris. “She is a change leader who works tirelessly to provide an excellent experience for our customers every day and she challenges her staff to do the same.”
