Customer Experience is a Top Priority at Morgan Furniture

NILES, Ohio– Morgan Furniture has grown substantially since the store opened in 1996. Once catering to a small neighborhood community, the company now resides in a large building in Niles and serves customers regionally.

Dan Morgan, president, CEO and owner of the business, has been in the furniture industry his whole life. He started helping out his father and grandfather in their stores at the age of 8.

Morgan says because the business is local they can serve customers in a way the big box stores cannot.

“We’re part of this community and we’re going to do everything we can to make our customers have a good experience when they come here,” Morgans says. “I have people that work for me that are going to take care of those customers the way I would want to be taken care of.”
