Dearing Offers Strong Benefits to Attract Employees

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — With stiff competition for workers Dearing Compressor and Pump is looking to its strong benefits package to attract workers.

The manufacturer currently employs 188 and is looking to build its workforce to around 200 employees says human resources manager Danielle Lanterman.
