Debora Flora on Positive Change with Mahoning County Land Bank

Debora Flora, executive director for the Mahoning County Land Bank, discusses the positive changes she’s seen after 10 years.

“We didn’t want to go to a street and take down one house when there were actually three that were probably in the same condition. We were as complete as we could be in those situations and I think that’s when people began to feel and to notice that things were really changing,” Flora says.
