Dennis Promoted to Partner at BSHM Architects
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Mary O. Dennis as been elevated to partner with BSHM Architects Inc. She becomes one of five partners within the firm, which has offices in Columbus and Youngstown.
Dennis will be responsible for co-operation of the Youngstown office. She has been with BSHM since 2001.
She has over 45 years of experience and has been a registered architect for 32 years. She has been involved with the local American Institute of Architects since her registration and was the first female president from 1998 through 2000. And she previously served on the board for the Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority and currently serves on the board for the Mahoning Valley Historical Society.
In 2017, Dennis was awarded as one of the Original Streetscape Trailblazers by Youngstown CityScape.
Her local projects include the Seventh District Court of Appeals, the facade renovation of DeYor Performing Arts Center, Youngstown YWCA historic preservation and renovation, Taft Technology Center, Niles High School, Newton Falls 3-6 Elementary, and Champion PK-8.
Regional projects include Coventry High School, Revere High School and Berkshire PK-12 School.
