Detroit Area Company to Manage YMHA Units
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority has appointed Fourmidable, a national real estate management company based in the Detroit area, as the manager of The Village at Arlington I and II low-income housing units.
The Village at Arlington consists of 120 two- and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryer connections and paid utilities.
In announcing the new engagement, Fourmidable said it has been managing YMHA’s Arlington Heights I and II complexes since October.
“We could not be more pleased to continue our ongoing partnership by assuming the management of The Village at Arlington I and II,” said Fourmidable’s president, Michael Schocker.
The company, founded in 1975, manages 83 communities in 13 states.
