Developers Flock to 20 Federal
Potential developers got a chance to see inside the 20 Federal Building in downtown Youngstown. A group of developers, some as as far out as New York, toured the city-owned property.
The City of Youngstown previously announced plans to bring businesses into 20 Federal. Ideas for potential businesses included retail, professional offices and a bowling alley.
Nikki Posterli, the city’s director of community planning and economic development, said the businesses must have their plans in order in June and a decision will be made in the fall.
