Diamond Roofing Systems Nails Strong 2018

WARREN, Ohio – Diamond Roofing Systems projects its service and production business to grow at least by 30% this year, says its marketing director, Alexis Millerleile.

The optimism is fueled by a strong 2018 that saw overall revenue growth of 45%, Diamond’s service business improve by 50% and its production division grow by 20%.

“With a strong backlog of work, Diamond Roofing is looking for a profitable year,” Millerleile says.

The business is implementing new customer relationship management software that will help manage its client base and identify new business opportunities, she notes.

Diamond invested in new employees at its Warren office last year. Don Fusselman joined the company as its chief estimator, Ray Walloff was hired as a field technician to help with roof assessments and Robin Bishop rejoined Diamond as an account manager.

Diamond Roofing Systems was awarded the Firestone master contractor award for excellence in roofing system installation, quality of work and customer service. It also received the Firestone partner in quality award, which recognizes the top 5% of roofing contractors nationwide.
