Dignan Leads Ohio Metro Chambers Coalition
James Dignan, president and CEO of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, has been named chairman of the Ohio Metro Chambers Coalition. The coalition comprises the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and the state’s eight largest metropolitan chambers. It has a combined membership of more than 25,000 businesses that collectively employ 2 million. “The Metro Chamber Coalition has a unique pulse on the issues facing businesses of all sizes operating across Ohio,” Dignan says. In the first order of business as chairman, Dignan and the coalition hosted a reception Jan. 14 with more than 120 guests including key members of the Ohio House and Senate.
