Dr. Gage and the W.D. Packard Concert Band

In this week’s TGIF Report we remember Dr. Stephen Gage, the former director of bands at Youngstown State University, who died Sunday at 66.

In the video, shot in 2016, Gage can be seen directing the W.D. Packard Concert band in Warren, a passion he continued even after retirement.
