‘Driver Optional’ Monarch Tractor Rolls Into Foxconn Ohio

LORDSTOWN, Ohio– Monarch Tractor’s driver optional MK-V Series tractor rolled into the Foxconn plant in Lordstown, Ohio Thursday afternoon.

Praveen Penmetsa, CEO and co-founder of Monarch Tractor, says the reason the company built a smaller model is to sell higher volumes of those tractors.

“This is not a big combine or a big tractor that sells in hundreds and thousands,” says Penmetsa. “We’re targeting tens of thousands going forward.”
