Duncan’s Kitchen & Bath Named to National Top 500 List

POLAND, Ohio – Qualified Remodeler has named Duncan’s Kitchen & Bath Center to its list of the country’s top 500 remodelers.

“I credit it to the great team we have in place,” says owner Jason Duncan. “The team helps us do this year after year and we think we’ve built the reputation for good customer service.”

The list ranks businesses on remodeling dollar volume, how long they’ve been in business, industry association membership, industry certifications and awards, and community service.

Duncan, 108 S. Main St. in Poland, was ranked No. 481 with gross sales of $2,844,318 and remodeling sales of $2,330.132. The company completed 148 remodeling jobs in 2019.

“Based on Qualified Remodeler’s analysis, the Top 500 firms tend to share several common attributes, including strong revenues, a commitment to customer service, insightful sales techniques and strong customer loyalty,” said Qualified Remodeler owner and editorial director, Patrick O’Toole, in  a statement. “These attributes helped put the firms on this list and contribute to their success.”
